- Identifying and implementing solutions to improve performance.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction:
- Managing customer complaints and feedback to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing resources:
- Monitoring inventory and placing supply orders.
- Optimizing costs and reducing waste.
- Promoting the Spartan brand:
- Implementing local marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining a positive brand image by adhering to Spartan standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or in a similar management position (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Focus on results and customer experience.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, performance indicators and food safety.
