Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greeting customers with a smile and a friendly attitude.
- Taking orders and ensuring an excellent experience.
- Operating the cash register:
- Accurate and fast processing of payments (cash, card, vouchers).
- Issuing tax receipts and managing returns, if applicable.
- Product Management:
- Ensuring that each order is complete and meets Spartan standards.
- Working with the kitchen team to deliver orders on time.
- Workspace Maintenance:
- Cleaning and organizing the home area.
- Monitoring available products and reporting supply needs.
- Compliance with Spartan standards:
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Promoting available products and offers.
Requirements:
- Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working with a cash register is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
