Assistant Restaurant Manager

Main Responsibilities:

1. 1. Support in coordinating daily operations:
      • Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
      • Monitoring compliance with Spartan standards in the preparation and serving of products.
   2. Team Management:
      • Supervising staff in the absence of the Manager.
      • Providing support in the recruitment, training and motivation of employees.
      • Assisting in planning work schedules and managing shifts.
   3. Ensuring customer satisfaction:
      • Interacting with customers to answer their questions and resolve any complaints.
      • Creating a friendly and hospitable environment in the restaurant.
   4. Performance monitoring:
      • Tracking performance indicators (sales, quality, customer feedback) and reporting them to the Manager.
      • Contributing to the implementation of solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
   5. Resource Management:
      • Assistance in inventory management and procurement.
      • Optimizing resource utilization to reduce costs and waste.
   6. Compliance with hygiene and safety standards:

• Supervision of compliance with cleanliness and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry (minimum 6 months).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer- and solution-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
