Main Responsibilities:
- Cutting and preparing meat:
- Cutting, portioning, and preparing meat according to Spartan’s recipes.
- Ensuring that each piece meets quality and weight standards.
- Handling equipment:
- Using cutting and meat preparation equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintaining and cleaning the equipment according to safety standards.
- Adhering to hygiene and safety standards:
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Strictly following food hygiene standards.
- Team collaboration:
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure an optimal flow of orders.
- Assisting in the supply and organization of the workstation.
- Stock monitoring:
- Ensuring an adequate amount of prepared meat for daily operations.
- Reporting supply needs to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in handling and preparing meat is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
